Leadership & Entrepreneurship Public Charter High School (LEP High) seeks to prepare our students for success beyond high school through a rigorous college-prep curriculum infused with a leadership and entrepreneurship focus and real-world experiences. The Vice-Principal of School Culture & Climate ensures a safe, supportive and productive environment for students, staff and families. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in behavior management/youth development, experience in Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) and other strengths-based approaches, and a commitment to diversity and equity.
